Our minds are made up of the subconscious and conscious minds. Our conscious mind makes up just 5-10 per cent or our mind, where as our subconscious mind makes up 90-95 per cent of our mind.
We use our conscious minds to think and problem solve in everyday life. Our subconscious mind stores all our memories and everything that we have ever experienced and is always running in the background without us even being aware of it. It is our subconscious that holds our beliefs and emotions that program our conscious minds to think and act in a certain way.

That is why in hypnotherapy we want to quiet the conscious mind and access the subconscious mind in order to find and reprogram the limiting beliefs that are holding us back in life and keeping us stuck in the same habits and patterns.
Hypnotherapy is a guided therapy where you are in a deep state of relaxation but fully conscious. You are in control of the sessions and I am there as a guide.
In this relaxed state we can get to the core of what is creating your habit, fear or pattern and reframe it, enabling you to make the positive changes that you are wanting.

In my sessions I take you back through your memory to past events that have caused the beliefs that are holding you back and keeping you stuck. We then release, heal and reframe the experience, changing subconscious outdated beliefs and thought patterns and gaining insights and understanding.

How is Rapid Transformation Therapy different to other hypnotherapy.

In my sessions I use a technique called Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT). Rapid Transformation Therapy is a hypnotherapy method developed by multi award winning UK therapist Marisa Peer.

It is a technique that uses a combination of Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic programming, Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behaviour therapy and Neuroscience.

RTT offers life changing permanent results using the power of neuroplasticity and the subconscious mind. Rapid Transformation hypnotherapy gets to the core root of the issue where the real transformation and understanding take place. Because of this less sessions are needed than traditional hypnotherapy.
