It is my mission to bring more peace into peoples lives through my therapies.
I started my own healing journey 17 years ago when I was at a very low point in my life and was suffering from depression and low self esteem.
At the time a lady came across my path that did hypnotherapy and energy healing work and she started my transformation. She really changed my life.
My life now is totally different, peaceful, happy and purposeful. Back all those years ago I would never have dreamed of having my own business where I would help others, but here I am.
My journey has not only given me the drive to want to help others achieve peace and happiness in their lives, but it has also given me a lot of knowledge as I have been there myself.
My passion is to help others break free from the emotions that are keeping them trapped and stuck and to know that it is completely possible to transform their lives.
