A bit about me
Hi I am Anna Collis,

I was born in England and came to Australia with my family when I was 8 years old. It took me a while to feel at home in Australia and I always felt like an outsider and different. As a teen I became best friends with a girl who's Mum was in a witch's coven and Dad was a naturopath. Although this is much more common now back then in the 80's is was not, (not in my world anyway). I spent all my weekends there, learnt how to read Tarot cards, read books on spell craft and natural health. Here started my journey and fascination with all things natural health, healing and spirituality.

I then married and had children very young. I moved to the Gold Coast Hinterland of Queensland in the late 90's with my then husband and two daughters. Here I embraced living in a semi rural area surrounded by nature and space. Something quite different after growing up in a city. My Daughters and I started horse riding in a local riding school. I attended a talk on herbal medicine for horses there one Saturday afternoon and they had two ladies there talking about Bowen Therapy for both people and horses. It got my interested and I went and had some treatments and the following year trained to become a Bowen Therapist myself and that was the start of my journey into being a therapist. It has changed a lot since then but this is where it began.

Around the same time my marriage was ending and I was feeling at an all time low, my confidence, self esteem and sense of sense had all taken a hit .I started going to see a lady who did a type of spiritual hypnotherapy, this was a deep and wild initiation into my internal world and souls journey. Over the next couple of years we regression back through time in this lifetime and many past lives. The sessions healed many old wounds and gave me a new sense of who I am and what life was about. They also gave me an understanding of my karma and the karma of my marriage. It was an eye opening experience.

Over the next 15 years I did many workshops and trainings in different types of therapy. I also trained as an Equine bodyworker treating horses aswell as training in the methods I use today. It has been such a huge journey of healing, self discovery and learning that I think will never stop. There is always more to know and learn.
