I am a fully Qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, completing my Diploma in 2015 at Endeavour College in Brisbane. I have Association Membership, Insurance and my sessions are claimable with all private health funds. I am also qualified in Dry Needling and Hot Stone Massage.

I specialise in helping people with pain and stress related conditions. I have had a lot of success treating neck, shoulder and back pain with combinations of massage, dry needling and hot stones.

After massaging for many years I have come to understand that the more our bodies and minds can relax the more we are able to let the pain and tension release from our bodies. For this reason I like to make my massages relaxing aswell as focused on areas of pain. My intention is for you to leave feeling both physically and mentally relaxed.

Let the heat of the stones healing properties of the crystal melt away pain and tension from the body. Combined with either remedial or relaxation massage this treatment will leave you feeling deeply relaxed like you have just had a holiday.
My hot stone massages are unique as the hot stone are custom made from precious and semi precious crystal stones. The crystals hold the heat better than regular hot stones and they have healing properties of their own.
